Multi episode tv show

I have the show named 1x01x02 - episode.
Is there a way to have MC ignore the missing 1x02?

No. This part of identifying Multi-episodes.

If you don't want the x02 identified, please rename the episode file.

May I ask, why do you want the x02 ignored?

Hmmmm,
Check Ignore specials (Season 0)

Edit file name to 1x01x02 as Episode title added from previous scrape
Remove folder from List of Series Folders, Save Changes
Add Folders from Roots, Save Changes
Search this Show for new episodes
NOW, I have 1x01 and 1x02 listed and both point to same video file.

That will work!

So that it does not appear in list of missing episodes.

Right, missing episodes when multiepisode file.

This is a Bug, that I keep forgetting to get around to fixing.

I'll add to RoadMap so I get this one fixed, once and for all.

Can you also have a look at ignoring episodes 3x0 for example in Absolutely Fabulous, 1x7 Doc Martin.

3x0 in Absolutely Fabulous, and 1x7 in Doc Martin
are glitches on TVDB site.

As we get the episode data from TVDB, we have to believe it is accurate.
In cases like this, its best to post on their forum, and someone will fix these episodes in the series.

See what I can do on their forum.

Unfortunately, MC can't guess what is an invalid episode. Data in = Data Out. he he.

TVDB Forum posts.
