Release Notes

Thanks to the efforts of the MC Dev team, we have finally released the next Stable version to replace the ageing 3.400 Stable release!

Known Issues
  • Multiepisodes are not handled correctly in MC. The created nfo is valid, but they are not displayed in MC correctly & saving them from MC converts them back to a single episode. We are working on a resolution.
  • Failed web requests are not handled correctly in MC, and may cause an exception.
Please be assured that these issues are the top of our priority list, and will be addressed for the next stable release.

Reviews for this release

Much stabler as I was using two releases concurrently before. One request is to mass update individual eps, its a lot of scrolling across screen to next ep, can the Watched button move to the left closer to the field list? Batch Wizards keep crashing too. Update: aside from a few enhancement requests and bugs which may / may not be isolated to me, this release is really stable and solid.

Much better than the previous iterations, but still won't download posters on initial scrape. I have to go and manually do it after...

Love the program..... For the guy complaining about the program scraping movie-name-trailers.flv, try renaming your trailers to movie-name-trailer.flv and see if that helps you out.

After upgrading to this release, I added two new movies to my network share and scanned to create new NFO content. For the first time, media center found all the movie trailers and added 395 new NFO files, one for each movie_name-trailers.flv file, then created a second entry for each trailer in the movie list, of which most were bad scrapes. This is crazy and unusable.

Great program for managing a library. Support for tagging MKV files with Art and NFO would make it 5 stars!

Could not use due to issue 444 and had to roll back

While this no longer requires the full .NET framework. It gives you an error dialogue (which you can ignore) if you don't have it. Otherwise, all good.
