Release Notes

This release should be the last beta for 3.4xx. If there are no major problems, by the end of the week it will upgraded to 3.500 Stable!
The latest mc_com.exe should be included too!

  • Bug fix - crash when using XBMC scraper for TV episodes.
  • Bug fix - episode count update when adding new episodes.
  • Bug fix - crash when actors name was missing.
  • Enhanced TV scrape progress text.
  • Enhancements made to missing episodes display.

  • Bug fix - hide "Play Trailer" when multisaev active.
  • Bug fix - crash when right-click in movie list empty space.
  • Bug fix - added back missing NFO tags for HTML output.
  • Added <<filename>> tag to HTML.
  • Added Movie Title to context menu to bring in line with TV Shows.
  • Enhanced filename cleaning allows user to add text to clean out (advanced prefs).
  • Option to retain 'Part' or 'Pt' in filename when scraping, eg Deathly Hallows Part 2. (Not compatible with stacked movies using 'part' or 'pt').

Known Issues
Multiepisodes are not handled correctly in MC. The created nfo is valid, but they are not displayed in MC correctly & saving them from MC converts them back to a single episode. We are working on a resolution.

Reviews for this release

Have listed 3 different bugs that need fixing before going Stable. Most important is mc_com.exe -e is not functioning correctly and wiping the tvcache.xml file of populated episodes. (Issue ID 407) Also 'Missing Screenshots' not functioning (Issue ID 408). Finally, Split movies ie, CD1/CD2 or Part1/Part2, the second part of the movie is not being renamed to match the first part. (Issue ID409)
